This morning we experienced a window of time beginning at approximately 2:47 PM GMT and ending 4:11 PM at where we saw a spike in orders not completing as expected. There do not appear to be any issues with new orders. We’re working towards completing all orders affected, and our engineering team is looking into the cause of the issue.
